Trimble GPScorrect Extension for ESRI ArcPad Software: Setting the Antenna Height in the ESRI ArcPad Software
(MGIS_SprtNote_GPScorrect_Antenna_Height.pdf - 254 KB)
The Trimble GPScorrect extension for the ESRI ArcPad software logs GPS position data to a Trimble SSF file. Many of the ESRI ArcPad software settings are used by the GPScorrect extension to ensure the correct positions are logged. This support note recommends that you always set the antenna height in meters in the ESRI ArcPad software so that the GPScorrect extension can correctly read this value.
GPScorrect Extension for the ESRI ArcPad Software: Incorrect Geometry after Postprocessing
(MGIS_SprtNote_GPScorrect_PositionMismatch.pdf - 47 KB)
In version 2.00 of the Trimble® GPScorrect™ extension for the ESRI ArcPad software, after you update with postprocessed GPS positions, Shapefiles (or feature classes) may contain incorrect geometry. This Support Note describes the issue and the solution.
